Urban Clean Energy Ventures is a collective of innovative and experienced professionals and partners in the clean and traditional energy, real estate, strategic consulting and engineering sectors.

Mr. Harper completed his Bachelor’s in Finance at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, Masters in Financial Markets and Trading at the Illinois Institute of Technology (Chicago) and Certificate in Financial Planning at DePaul University (Chicago), Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA), from the Alliance of Merger and Acquisition Advisors (AM&AA) of Loyola University (Chicago), Associates of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE) of Marquette University (Milwaukee), Asbestos Inspector (License, Department of Health Services, WI  

 

Mr. Harper has over 15 years of capital markets experience as a Market Maker on the Chicago Stock Exchange, the American Stock Exchange and the Chicago Board of Options Exchange.    Mr. Harper’s prior experience as the Operations Manager of Sovereign Capital Partners LLC Chicago office,   Mr. Harper learned the tools required to develop an organization focused on up-to-date market information, integrative training programs and focused risk management.  

 

Other prior experiences include: Listed Equity Trading at Olde Discount Corporation (now H&R Block); derivatives trading at Hull Trading LLC (now a part of Goldman Sachs & Co.); derivatives trading at Larocque Trading Group; and Sovereign Capital Partners LLC.  Mr. Harper has held NASD Series 63 & 65.   

Mr. Daniels holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications from Oral Roberts University; Strategic Planning Executive Education from Harvard University, and a Certificate in Construction and Project Management from the University of Wisconsin.  

 

Mr. Daniels has over 10 years of Commercial Development, Real Estate, Construction Management, and Project Management experience. He is also the Director and Project Manager for the Bishop’s Creek Development Corporation.  Mr. Daniels manages a $60 million Redevelopment Project which includes hotel/office & retail facilities, a student dormitory, a water park, an African-American cultural center and a $750,000 environmental Brownsfield project. 

 

 

Mr. Daniels also manages a large scale residential scattered site initiative. Mr. Daniels has over 5 years experience as a Fund Development Director with over $5 million dollars raised in investment and capital campaigns. Mr. Daniels was also the Financial, Community, and Housing Trainer with the US White House Compassion Capital Initiative.

 

Mr. Nyong holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Oral Roberts University; a Certificate in Professional Selling and Management 1 Certificate in Professional Selling and Management 2; a Certificate in Six Sigma Logistics and Operations. Mr. Nyong is also currently pursuing his MBA.  

 

Mr. Nyong’s was the Operations Director in Retail Management with over 100 employees and over 32million dollars in sales. He was responsible for hiring, training and managing sales team in Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin for delivery of over 12million dollars in yearly sales revenue in the business sector. Mr. Nyong is also a Real Estate Developer and is responsible for negotiating, buying, developing 10 properties in Illinois and Tennessee. 

 

Mr. Nyong is the Principal Partner of Nahcala LLC; a holding company for Harold’s Chicken Restaurants in Chicago and is also the CEO/Owner of Immaculate America, Inc. which is a total building maintenance company with over a million dollars in yearly revenues.
