Bishop's Creek Dormitory -- Milwaukee, WI

11 KW Rooftop Solar PV Installation

The Bishop's Creek Dormitory Project is a recently constructed high school Boarding School in Milwaukee, WI. The organization wanted to defray it's operating costs and provide a visual learning experience for its student boarders. Our firm was able to institute a renewable training and workforce program for local youth, who assisted with the installation. The instllation is producing substantial cost savings and off-setting the carbon footprint.

Community Center -- Milwaukee, WI

125,000 Energy Audit and Energy Conservation Measures

The Community Center at Holy Redeemer Church desired to have a campus-wide energy audit and installation of various energy conservation measures (lighting, energy management system, HVAC). Our

team provided a comprehensive commercial grade energy audit and oversaw the installation of the

energy conservation measures.

Real Estate -- Milwaukee, WI

Affordable Apartment Homes

Our Principals co-developed a 55 unit affordable housing apartment complex with Commonbond Communities in Milwaukee, WI. The Section 42 Apartment offers one, two and three bedroom apartment homes with individually controlled heat and air-conditioning. Other unit and building features include washer and dryer hook-ups, fully appliance kitchen, computer lab, fitness room and on site Advantage Services.

Residential Scattered Sites -- Milwaukee, WI

Single Family Renovations and 3KW Solar PV Installations

Our Principals have development and project managed multiple residential single family homes. The total gut renovations and deconstructions were completed on time and within budget. All homes are fully occupied by owner occupants and rental tenants alike. As an added value, we installed 3KW solar PV arrays on several homes which provide the homeowners with reduced energy costs..

Currently, we are working with the City of Milwaukee and other agencies to assist with the demolition, renovation, new construction, and/ sale of dozens of properties in the City of Milwaukee.
